My approach to real estate is shaped by experience—both personal and professional—and by a belief that no one should feel uninformed or unsupported during one of the most important decisions of their life.
My passion for real estate began with my own first home purchase. Unfortunately, I wasn’t represented well. The process wasn’t explained, my questions weren’t prioritized, and my best interests weren’t fully protected. That experience stayed with me—and it became the reason I chose a different path. From that moment on, my mission has been simple: to ensure every client feels educated, confident, and genuinely supported from start to finish.
A Foundation Built on Experience
I began my career in real estate in 1999 as a certified residential appraiser, a role I held for ten years. That foundation gave me a deep, inside-out understanding of property values, market dynamics, and what truly drives smart decisions. I’ve since spent over 20 years as a licensed REALTOR®, helping hundreds of clients successfully navigate buying, selling, and investing with clarity and confidence.
In addition, I’ve served as a licensed 203(k) consultant for the State of Colorado—inspecting properties, preparing detailed renovation estimates, and ensuring projects remain compliant and on budget. This hands-on experience allows me to evaluate opportunities and risks with a level of insight few agents can offer.

Colorado has been my home since I was seven years old, and I care deeply about this community and the people who live here. Giving back is an important part of my life, and I’m proud to volunteer with organizations that make a meaningful impact, including CASA, Project Healing Waters, Save Our Youth, and the Lockwood Foundation.
I believe strong communities are built through care, advocacy, and connection—and that same philosophy guides how I work with my clients.
